波手ぬぐい Artwork 野坂稔和 注染：職人さん Tie dye DYE 野坂さんに描き下ろしていただいたアートワークを使い、注染とタイダイのダブル染め手ぬぐいを作りました。 注染の手ぬぐいをタイダイ染めするにあたり、実際に染め工場に伺って工程を見学させていただきました。職人さんの美しい手さばきを間近で見て、ものづくりへの情熱を感じ、私も気合いを満タンにして染めに臨みました。 一つひとつの工程が本当に美しく、感動の連続で、私も一枚一枚丁寧に心を込めて染め上げました。ぜひお手に取っていただけたら嬉しいです。 We created these special double-dyed tenugui using original artwork drawn by Mr Nozaka. To tie-dye the already chusen-dyed tenugui, I visited the dyeing factory and observed the entire process up close. Watching the dyeing masters’ beautiful handwork firsthand, I truly felt their passion for craftsmanship. With my spirit fully charged, I poured my energy into each piece.Every step of the process was incredibly beautiful and moving. I dyed each tenugui carefully and wholeheartedly, one by one. I’d be so happy if you could pick one up and feel the spirit behind it.

D.Y.E original item Scarf これまで野坂稔和さんに描き下ろしていただいたアートワークを眺めながら、”もし私がペンを持って絵を描けたら、こんな絵を描いてみたいな〜”そんな想いを込めてコラージュしました! そして今回、自分のロゴを初めて描きスカーフの縁にあしらいました。 90cmx90cmのかなり大判のスカーフになります。これからのとても暑い季節日除けとして頭に巻いたり、おしゃれのアクセントとして巻きつけたり、使用方法は無限大です！ 生地感も薄手で肌馴染みとてもいい生地です。 This piece is a collage inspired by the artworks Mr Nozaka has created for me in the past. While looking at his illustrations, I imagined, “If I held the pen myself, this is the kind of art I’d want to draw.” For the first time, I also hand-drew my own logo and placed it along the edge of the scarf.
