Textile Dye Research Zine Series 染色研究と実験のZineシリーズ D.Y.E Zine Vol.1 Original Techniques Edition of 100 Size：A5 Pages：19 Price：¥2,000（送料込み） このZineは、D.Y.Eの染色におけるオリジナル技法を記録した最初の一冊です。 カバーに使用しているタイダイTシャツのデザインは、私が染めを始めた頃に初めて制作したアイコンです。 現在もテキスタイルやロゴを変えながら使い続けている、D.Y.Eの原点となるデザインです。 布を折り、縛り、染料を重ねることで生まれる様々なパターンや構造を紹介しています。 染めの技術やプロセスを通して、布の中に現れるリズムや形の可能性を探っています。 This zine documents the original dyeing techniques used in the D.Y.E practice. The tie-dye T-shirt featured on the cover is the first pattern I created when I began dyeing. It has remained a foundational design for D.Y.E, and I continue to reinterpret it through different textiles and logo variations. Through folding, binding, and layering dye, various structures and patterns emerge on fabric. 波手ぬぐい Artwork 野坂稔和 注染：職人さん Tie dye DYE 野坂さんに描き下ろしていただいたアートワークを使い、注染とタイダイのダブル染め手ぬぐいを作りました。 注染の手ぬぐいをタイダイ染めするにあたり、実際に染め工場に伺って工程を見学させていただきました。職人さんの美しい手さばきを間近で見て、ものづくりへの情熱を感じ、私も気合いを満タンにして染めに臨みました。 一つひとつの工程が本当に美しく、感動の連続で、私も一枚一枚丁寧に心を込めて染め上げました。ぜひお手に取っていただけたら嬉しいです。 We created these special double-dyed tenugui using original artwork drawn by Mr Nozaka. To tie-dye the already chusen-dyed tenugui, I visited the dyeing factory and observed the entire process up close. Watching the dyeing masters’ beautiful handwork firsthand, I truly felt their passion for craftsmanship. With my spirit fully charged, I poured my energy into each piece.Every step of the process was incredibly beautiful and moving. I dyed each tenugui carefully and wholeheartedly, one by one. I’d be so happy if you could pick one up and feel the spirit behind it.

D.Y.E original item Scarf これまで野坂稔和さんに描き下ろしていただいたアートワークを眺めながら、”もし私がペンを持って絵を描けたら、こんな絵を描いてみたいな〜”そんな想いを込めてコラージュしました! そして今回、自分のロゴを初めて描きスカーフの縁にあしらいました。 90cmx90cmのかなり大判のスカーフになります。これからのとても暑い季節日除けとして頭に巻いたり、おしゃれのアクセントとして巻きつけたり、使用方法は無限大です！ 生地感も薄手で肌馴染みとてもいい生地です。 This piece is a collage inspired by the artworks Mr Nozaka has created for me in the past. While looking at his illustrations, I imagined, “If I held the pen myself, this is the kind of art I’d want to draw.” For the first time, I also hand-drew my own logo and placed it along the edge of the scarf.
